Open Apple Pie

Instructions
- Mix sugar, butter and flour and put half of the crumbs in unbaked pie crust.
- Save the other half to put over top of apples. Slice thin slices over bottom, then arrange halves upside-down and fill in with chunks.
- Pour table cream over top.
- Add crumbs. Sprinkle cinnamon over crumbs.
- Bake in deep pie plate at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 375° for 35 minutes.
