Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate (1/3 c.)
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a blender container, combine buttermilk, orange juice concentrate, brown sugar and vanilla.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid.
  4. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  5. Makes 2 (about 10 ounce) servings.
