- In a blender container, combine buttermilk, orange juice concentrate, brown sugar and vanilla.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Makes 2 (about 10 ounce) servings.
