Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons custard powder
  • 2 oranges, rind of, grated
  • 2 oranges, juice of
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, bring to the boil & let simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour into warm sterilised jars, seal & label.
  3. Keep stored in the refrigerator.
