Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Super moist cake mix
  • 1 c. finely chopped cashews
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour 12 c. Bundt pan or tube pan 10 x 4 inch. Beat cake mix, cashews, orange peel, 1 c. orange juice, oil and 3 eggs in bowl on low speed until moisten. Beat on medium. speed 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan, bake until cake springs back when touched lightly. Bake
  2. at 350° for 45 minutes.
