- Grease and flour 12 c. Bundt pan or tube pan 10 x 4 inch. Beat cake mix, cashews, orange peel, 1 c. orange juice, oil and 3 eggs in bowl on low speed until moisten. Beat on medium. speed 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan, bake until cake springs back when touched lightly. Bake
