Ingredients

  • 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 c. fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Line a strainer with a double layer of cheesecloth.
  2. Place yogurt in the center; let drain for 1 hour.
  3. Place orange juice in a small pan; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, swirling the pan occasionally, until a very thick syrup remains.
  5. There should be about 2 tablespoons.
  6. Reserve.
