Orange Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 whole boneless, skinned breasts
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
  2. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Saute chicken and onion with butter for 2 or 3 minutes.
  4. Add orange sections. Serve while hot over white rice.
