Ingredients

  • 2 c. desired melon pieces*
  • 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. In blender container, combine melon pieces, sour cream, milk and sugar; cover.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add sherbet.
  4. Cover and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into 4 chilled glasses.
  6. If desired, garnish with melon balls.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
