Peanut Crunch Pie

- Reserve some chopped peanut brittle for decoration.
- Mix remaining brittle with the ice cream in large bowl.
- Spoon into crust mounding it in center.
- Smooth with metal spatula; cover with foil and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Stir chocolate chips and heavy cream in bowl and microwave on Low until chocolate melts and mix is smooth.
- Stir in powdered sugar and peanut butter until blended.
- Put pie on waxed paper to catch drips.
- Pour chocolate mix over pie, spreading it quickly with a thin metal spatula.
- Freeze 1 hour or until topping is firm.
- Just before serving, top with remaining brittle.
