- On a lightly floured surface, pat or roll dough into a 12 x 6-inch rectangle. (If dough is difficult to roll, let it rest for 10 minutes for easier handling.)
- Cut crosswise into twelve 6 x 1-inch strips. With your fingers, stretch each strip to 10 inches long.
