Instructions
- Get a 1/2-inch slice from the stem end of each orange.
- Scoop out pulp, removing membrane and seeds; reserve orange shells.
- Chop pulp, and drain well.
- Combine pulp, Grand Marnier, and softened orange sherbet; stir until blended.
- Spoon mixture into orange shells and place in muffin pans.
- Freeze for 8 hours.
- Remove from freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
