Oregano Carrots
Ingredients
Instructions
- Wash and peel carrots.
- Slice carrots 1/4 inch thick.
- Make one layer of carrots, butter and oregano.
- Repeat.
- Add two Tablespoons of water.
- Cook for one hour at 350 degrees.
- Stir before serving.
