Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed

Instructions

  1. Mix cucumber slices and salt in a bowl; cover, let stand for 1 hour.
  2. Rinse off excess moisture.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  4. Bring to boil, pour over cucumber slices; refrigerate.
