Ouzo Cake

- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle nuts evenly over bottom of pan.
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and ouzo.
- Beat 3 minutes.
- Pour batter over nuts in tube pan; bake 1 hour.
- Place on rack; cool 30 minutes. Invert on serving plate.
- Prick with skewer and pour on syrup.
- Let stand at least 30 minutes.
- Serves 12.
