Oven Cube Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 family size cube steak
  • 2 cans cream of onion soup
  • 2 c. flour
  • seasoned meat tenderizer
  • water
  • rice

Instructions

  1. Mix soup and 1 can of water in large baking pan. Season cube steak with tenderizer and flour (put flour in a zip lock bag and shake). Place cube steak in pan. Bake at 400° for about 1 hour. Cook rice separate. Great over rice.
