Ingredients

  • 1 broiler/fryer chicken, cut in serving pieces
  • milk
  • 1 package seasoned coating mix for chicken
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Dip chicken pieces in milk and then shake in a bag with seasoned coating mix.
  2. Place breaded pieces, skin side up, in a 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish with the thin end toward the center and the thicker end toward outside.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Cover with waxed paper.
  5. Cook in microwave on High for 9 minutes.
  6. Rearrange chicken pieces.
  7. Cook for an additional 8 to 9 minutes on High or until done.
  8. Remove from microwave.
  9. Cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
