Ingredients

  • 3 c. fresh vegetables (sliced zucchini, squash, green peppers, carrots, celery and mushrooms)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tsp. seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and add the seasoning mix.
  2. Bake the vegetables in a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
  3. Pour the butter spoon by spoon every 10 minutes.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 450°.
