Overnight Egg Omelet

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of bread slices and cut into 1 inch squares. Place in pan.
  2. Sprinkle bread with cheese.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients together.
  4. Pour over bread and cheese.
  5. For variations:
  6. add diced ham, green pepper, onions, bacon. Refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.
  7. Bake in 325 degree oven, covered, for 45 minutes.
  8. Uncover the last 5 - 10 minutes.
