Ingredients

  • 1kg liver
  • 2 inch piece ginger root
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 3 dry red chillies
  • 3 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tsp cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Put everything but the liver into a blender and make into a paste
  2. 2. Remove membranes from liver and chop into pieces approx 1 inch square
  3. 3. Marinade liver in spice paste for at least half and hour (hour is better)
  4. 4. Cook for approx 3. minutes, so is cooked through but has not become hard
  5. 5. Serve with indian bread
