Paarsi Liver

Instructions
- 1. Put everything but the liver into a blender and make into a paste
- 2. Remove membranes from liver and chop into pieces approx 1 inch square
- 3. Marinade liver in spice paste for at least half and hour (hour is better)
- 4. Cook for approx 3. minutes, so is cooked through but has not become hard
- 5. Serve with indian bread
