Ingredients

  • 1 pound 1/4 slice Kiebasa, browned & remove and drain grease,
  • Add onion,m carrots, celery and garlic. Cook 10 minutes, scrap the bottom of the pan often
  • add seasoning, salt, pepper, bay leaf, red pepper flakes,
  • add chicken broth, for correct thickness you want
  • add beans: Bring to boil, then lower temp to very low and cook for 2 - 3 hours till the consistency you want, stirring occasionally. add new potatoes, cut to size. Add chopped kale & meat Cook until done and then add meat into pot,
