Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 pork chops

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet on the stove.
  2. Add green onions and garlic, sautee for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add pork chops, cook 4-6 minutes on each side.
