Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons mint sauce
  • 1 large finely chopped green chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, juice of
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop all ingredients finely, do not blend!
  2. Mix well with olive oil, mint sauce and lemon juice. Refrigerate before serving.
