Parmesan Asparagus

Instructions
- Bring big pot of water to boil.
- Add asparagus and cook about 5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Brush ovenproof dish with butter and arrange asparagus in it.
- Pour rest of butter over the top and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
- Turn spears so that they are well coated.
- Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese, grind a little pepper and dash on a little salt.
- Bake asparagus in preheated oven at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Serves 4.
