Instructions
- Heat gelatin and beef broth.
- When boiling, pour over and stir until lemon jello is dissolved.
- Add tomato soup, tomato salsa and V-8.
- Mix and chill until firm.
- Unmold on platter.
- Garnish with greens.
- Serve with dressing made of cream cheese, Blue cheese and mayonnaise.
- Add milk to soften to desired consistency.
- If you are watching salt intake, use low sodium V-8.
