Ingredients

  • 2 c. matzoh meal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. margarine (vegetable oil type)
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine matzoh meal, salt and sugar.
  2. Bring water and margarine to a boil.
  3. Add to matzoh meal combination and mix well. Beat in eggs thoroughly, one at a time or beat eggs together and add a little at a time to matzoh meal combination. Allow mix to stand for about 15 minutes.
