Passover Ice Cream

Instructions
- Thaw berries.
- Put small amounts of mixed ingredients in a mixer.
- Beat at highest speed until thick and fluffy.
- As you beat each quantity the mixture should form peaks and reach top of bowl. Continue until entire mixture has been beaten.
- Place in 3 or 4 containers, cover tightly and freeze.
- Use directly from freezer as any ice cream.
