Pasta Shells With Broccoli
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cook broccoli in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain.
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water following package directions.
- Drain.
- Heat butter and olive oil in large frying pan.
- Add broccoli and garlic.
- Saute for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add pasta, salt and pepper.
- Toss well and serve at once.
