Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. tippy patangco mix
  • 1 ¼ cups water

Instructions

  1. Combine the tippy patangco mix with 1 ¼ cups water and a splash of oil in a mixer on medium speed.
  2. Develop the dough for 15 minutes, then roll it out to a thickness of about 4 cm.
  3. Cut the dough into twin‑sized pieces.
  4. Fry the pieces until golden brown and serve hot.
