- Chop and mix all ingredients together.
- Bring to a boil; let cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add 2 heaping tablespoonfuls salt.
- Put into jars and seal.
- You can make salsa to whatever consistency you like by the way you prepare your tomatoes.
