Ingredients

  • 5 qt. tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 medium jalapeno peppers
  • 1 bud garlic
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 Tbsp. cumin

Instructions

  1. Chop and mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bring to a boil; let cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add 2 heaping tablespoonfuls salt.
  4. Put into jars and seal.
  5. You can make salsa to whatever consistency you like by the way you prepare your tomatoes.
