Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 large can potatoes, sliced
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cut bacon
  2. in
  3. 1-inch
  4. strips
  5. and fry in 10-inch Dutch oven until
  6. almost
  7. done.
  8. Drain
  9. most
  10. of the grease, leaving enough to brown
  11. potatoes.
  12. Add potatoes to bacon and brown. Scramble eggs on the lid of the oven, using some bacon grease. Add to potatoes and bacon.
  13. Mix and serve.
