Ingredients

  • 2 c. pitted and chopped peaches
  • 2 c. chopped apples
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon peel
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, apples, lemon juice, lemon peel, and sugar; mix well.
  2. Cook slowly until thick and transparent, about 1 hour, stirring often.
  3. Ladle into hot jars and seal.
