  • 12 oz. can apricot nectar, chilled
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  3. Place the peaches and cinnamon sticks in the bottom of a ring mold.
  4. Fill the ring mold with apple juice and freeze until solid.

Tips & Substitutions

To enhance the flavor of your Peach-Nectar Punch, consider adding a splash of ginger ale for some fizz. If spiced peaches are unavailable, regular peaches can be substituted with a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. For a non-alcoholic version, replace the white wine with sparkling water or additional apple juice. Ensure the apple juice is chilled beforehand for best results.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the Peach-Nectar Punch in a large punch bowl with the ice ring floating on top for an appealing presentation. This punch pairs beautifully with light appetizers like a Fruit Spinach Salad or even savory dishes. For a festive touch, garnish with fresh mint or additional peach slices right before serving.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover Peach-Nectar Punch can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. To maintain the best flavor, avoid freezing since the fruit and juices may alter in texture. If you have ice left from the ring mold, store it separately in a freezer bag to use in future beverages.
