Peach-Raspberry Cobbler

- In a bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter; set aside.
- In saucepan, blend 1/3 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in peaches and raspberries.
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
- Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Drop dough from tablespoon onto hot fruit, making 6 mounds.
- Sprinkle additional sugar on dough.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, or until biscuits are done.
- Serve with cream if desired.
- Makes 6 servings.
