Peach Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sliced peaches
  • 2 c. white wine
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Add spices to 2 cups water.
  2. Add peaches; cook until tender. Press through colander.
  3. Put back into water.
  4. Boil a few minutes. Add wine and sugar.
  5. Heat to under boiling.
  6. Serve with croutons. Serves 8.
