Peach Soup
Ingredients
Instructions
- Add spices to 2 cups water.
- Add peaches; cook until tender. Press through colander.
- Put back into water.
- Boil a few minutes. Add wine and sugar.
- Heat to under boiling.
- Serve with croutons. Serves 8.
