- Bring 3 cups of water to a boiling point.
- Soak tapioca in 1 cup of water while the water comes to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Add soaked tapioca to the boiling water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

- Stir in the can of frozen orange juice.
- Just before serving, add the quart of frozen peaches and 1 1/2 cups of sliced bananas.
