Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tapioca
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice

Instructions

  1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boiling point.
  2. Soak tapioca in 1 cup of water while the water comes to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add soaked tapioca to the boiling water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and add sugar and salt.
  5. Stir in the can of frozen orange juice.
  6. Just before serving, add the quart of frozen peaches and 1 1/2 cups of sliced bananas.
