Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can peaches
  • 3 oz. package peach gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Refrigerate can of peaches until very cold (2 to 3 hours).
  2. In heatproof measuring cup, combine peach gelatin and boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved; set aside.
  3. In a blender, puree chilled peaches with their syrup.
  4. With the blender running, slowly add the gelatin mixture.
  5. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until firm, resulting in a mousse-like texture.
