- In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup boiling water. Stir in yogurt and mix well. Stir in sliced peaches. Add whipped topping and fold until incorporated. Spoon into eight 4-ounce ramekins. Top with wafer crumbs; add 2-3 peach slices, if desired. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
