Peachy Spring Breeze Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. white Karo syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together and pour into a graham cracker crust.
  2. Boil 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch and Karo syrup until thick and clear, stirring constantly.
  3. Add box of jello.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Add peaches and pour on top of filled pie.
