Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter (plain or crunchy)

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together.
  2. Place in small loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
  3. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
  4. Great with milk for after school snack.
