Pear & Apple Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Organic Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 Medium Organic Bartlett Pear
  • 1/2 cups Red Grapes
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups Unsweetened Organic Apple Juice

Instructions

  1. Julienne the apple and pear into matchstick-sized pieces (I use my mandoline for this).
  2. In a medium bowl, toss apple and pear, grapes, cinnamon and apple juice. Serve.
