Pear Pickle

Instructions
- In large pot on low heat, cook vinegar and sugar.
- Add pickling spices.
- Be sure to stir so sugar won't stick to the pan. After sugar dissolves, you may turn heat up so it will begin boiling.
- After it starts boiling, reduce heat.
- Cook at least 2 or 2 1/2 hours real slow.
- Put in jars and seal.
- (Do not overcook.)
