Peas With Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 can peas
  • 1/4 green pepper, minced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. canned tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain liquid from peas into a saucepan.
  2. Cook over high heat until reduced in half.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon margarine.
  5. Cook 2 minutes, then serve hot.
  6. Serves 4.
