- Drain liquid from peas into a saucepan.
- Cook over high heat until reduced in half.
- Add remaining ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add 1 tablespoon margarine.
- Cook 2 minutes, then serve hot.
- Serves 4.
