Pecan Blisters

Ingredients

  • 2 c. light brown sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add sugar, a little at a time, until sugar is melted.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 250° for 20 minutes.
  6. Turn off oven; leave for additional 20 minutes.
