Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo (butter)
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped pecans and oleo (butter).
  2. Place in oven at 350°F for 15 minutes, stirring once during baking.
  3. Melt cream cheese in a double boiler.
  4. Mix in one box of powdered sugar.
  5. Add toasted pecans and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour into a buttered dish and let it set until firm.
  7. Cut into squares when the mixture is firm.
