Pecan Rum Pie
Ingredients
Instructions
- Melt butter in 2-quart dish glass measuring cup.
- Blend in nuts, sugar, corn syrup, egg and rum.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Cook 10 to 12 minutes until center is set.
- Cool.
- Serve warm with whipped or ice cream.
