Ingredients

  • 6 mandarins
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Save all of your mandarin peels.
  2. Slice the mandarin peels into thin strips and dry them for future flavoring.
  3. Dry the peels in a conventional food dryer, in the sun, or in a very low oven until completely dried.
  4. Store the dried peels in an airtight jar.
