Pepperoni Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 (7.5 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 small (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 20 slices pepperoni (medium thickness)

Instructions

  1. Open package of biscuits and cut the 10 biscuits in halves, making 20 pieces. Stretch the pieces upward and sideways but try not to tear. Place piece of pepperoni in center and sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of pepperoni. Close by pinching dough together on top and sides. Place in aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes. Should be golden brown.
