Perfect Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lb potatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Boil for 15-20 mins, until tender. Drain.
  2. Mash well then add cream and butter. Season. Beat with a wooden spoon until smooth and fluffy.
