Perfect Pork Chops (Two Ways)

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Pork Chops
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cups Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Place everything in a large Ziploc bag.
  2. Stash in the fridge until needed, at least a few hours, but overnight is even better.
  3. If the liquid doesnt completely cover the chops, turn the bag a few times to help things out.
  4. Now how do you want those chops?
  5. Grilled?
  6. Ok, then just grill them on high until the middle is no longer pink.
  7. Want something even easier?
  8. Then forget marinating in the fridge and just put everything in the crock pot and cook according to manufacturers instructions.
  9. Turn them over about halfway through cooking.
  10. So easy!
  11. These chops want to be served alongside mashed potatoes and my Dressed-Up Sweet Peas found in my recipe box.
