Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Komatsuna
  • 1/2 bunch Shimeji mushrooms
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the komatsuna thoroughly, chop into bite sizes, and parboil in salt water.
  2. Before they finish parboiling, add the shredded shimeji after trimming off the root ends.
  3. Chill in cold water, then squeeze out the excess water.
  4. Add the seasonings, mix until evenly combined, then serve!
