Ingredients

  • 14 cup oatmeal
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Instructions

  1. Put oatmeal and water in a deep bowl and microwave on high for one minute.
  2. (Watch to see if oatmeal starts spills over; if so, take out.
  3. *Note: oatmeal does rise but doesn't always spill over).
  4. Stir in rest of ingredients.
  5. Enjoy!
